This Plugin is an enhancement for Wordpress’s comment function. It enables users to reply on a exist comment, and the discussion will be displayed threaded or nested.

Requirement to themes
If you wish to use AJAX, the comment objects of your theme must has an ID like “comment-xxx”. It’s a standard of Wordpress themes now, yet some themes may still not meet this requirement.
对主题的要求
如果需要使用AJAX，在主题中的评论的对象必须依从Wordpress主题标准，有“comment-xxx”这个ID，否则将无法使用AJAX功能。目前仍有少数主题不支持。
Installation
- Download and unzip the Plugin package.
- Rename “wordpress-thread-comment” folder to “wp-thread-comment”
- Upload it to Wordpress Plugin folder, ‘*WORDPRESSROOT*/wp-content/plugins/’
- Activate from Plugin page in the Wordpress site admin.
- Have a check if there is a “reply” link on your exist comments.
- Other configurations like AJAX, HTML/CSS and more can be found in the option section in the site admin.
安装
- 下载并解压
- 将”wordpress-thread-comment”文件夹更名为”wp-thread-comment”。
- 将此文件夹上传到Wordpress的插件目录：’Wordpress根目录/wp-content/plugins/’。
- 在后台的插件管理处激活。
- 检查已有评论下是否出现了“回复此评论”的连接。
- 其它设置，如AJAX和HTML/CSS等请移步后台的设置区。

是否可以在嵌套回复评论的时候,不要把回复框拉上去.
在回复框了显示相应的引用信息,然后直接在原位置回复就可以了.
我感觉一下把回复框拉上去,很别扭.

做wordpress主题的时候，参考这个插件整合了这个功能，谢谢博主！
我写的是可以无限嵌套回复哪种，不过发现还是博主这样单层的最实用最清晰。
另外我觉得这么改一下可以减少一次update数据库的操作。

插件裝好后，選項里面有配置這個插件的，.comment-childs修改這個css里面的backgroung-color 就可以定義背景色了。

@dupola, 从代码的结构上看应该不太能够感觉出来慢的, 因为服务器的cpu处理应该是非常之快的, 而只有一个微乎其微的js下载, 应该明显拖慢速度

error:
Threaded Commnets can’t find the ‘commentform’div.
This is probably because you have changed the commnets.php file.
Make sure ther is a tag around the form that has the id ‘addcomment’

@maomy, 您好, 您的这个问题应该是由于没有找到正确的commentform导致的, 不过由于您没有留下您的站点, 我不知道您的站点应该是什么, 所以暂时无法解答, 而且该插件应该可以自行找到commentform id的, 如果可以, 请留下您的站点地址, 我可以跟您一起解决该问题

我又试了一下，在我自己的blog上没问题（就是上面留的链接），但在movieworm.fishhappy.com这另一个上则出现上面的报错。我大概找了一下后一个网站的commentform，好像id就是默认的那个啊？

来报bug了..也许不算bug，但估计是这个插件可以改进的地方：
发现本插件与一系列wp themes不兼容，例如较常见的cutline, neoclassical, yoghourt等主题，激活插件后都无法正常使用。有空可以研究一下，看看这系列主题的comment.php怎么写的，然后改进一下插件吧:)

用下来不错，不过遗憾的是对于ajax的留言效果支持不好，问题表现为：
原来ajax留言刷新后，会在最后一行自动刷新新的留言
但是通过这个插件回复的留言，依旧是在最底部加载最新的留言，而不会在回复的对象上加载最新的留言，这样，留言者会误以为没有留言成功（其实刷新一下页面就看到了）
不知道有没有解决方法

I absolutely LOVE your plugin! Though I would like to reply to comments from the admin panel. The plugins that do that all work with your plugin.. but the person I am replying to does not get emailed. That only works when I reply from the actual post.
Do you know of a way I could make that work?

年 Hi from USA. I’m having the same problem with a web site I am developing. I suspect in my case it is a conflict with another plugin — wp-forum. Threaded comments work fine in my blog, but not in my forums. You can see the problem if you go to cybercasemanager.com/cybermu and click on the “suggestion box” tab, then try to reply to comments located in the forums. Can you help me hack the wp-forums plugin to work with the threaded comments plugin? The wp-forums plugin is located here http://www.fahlstad.se/

@tomdbtel, 您好. 您的这个问题应该是由于您的主题模板造成的. 您需要修改您的主题模板, 在header.php文件中的之前加入 就可以了, 如果您不会自行修改, 可以将该文件发给我, 我修改完后会重新发给您.

另外还有一个问题需要帮忙，为什么我的wp无法发送邮件，提示mail()函数没有启用。我用的是HOTmail 这个该如何设置，在网上找了些资料，并按教材对class-phpmailer.php，mail-inc.php，pluggable.php做了相应的设置，可是还是无法发送邮件。。

Is there a simple way to put the function ‘edit_comment_link(’e',”,”)’ in the ‘CommentChild’? Like it is in the ‘CommentParent’. It would do my admin work mutch more simple.
Is it a big issue to add ‘CommentChild’ to a ‘CommentChild’ for a limited level number?

Anybody having the error below?
” Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 84178 bytes) in /data/members/paid/b/r/xxxxxxxxx/htdocs/xxxxxxxx/wp-includes/cache.php on line 48 ”
Since I’ve installed this great plugin I’m having this error showing on the footer and only on comments page I open.

@Carola, this error is meaning your host limit so lower ram that wp thread comment can’t read. if you should to use, must need to add ram limit. 不好意思给您造成了麻烦.

Added your latest 1.4.3 but the [postname] does not show up in the email anymore. It used to.. but no longer does. I have [postname] in the options.. and everything else shows up, just not the [postname]!

Version 1.4.1 worked fine in my blog.. now this newer version does not work. I am running php 5.2.5 and mysql 4.1.22 Everything else works in the email.. I just cannot get [postname] to work. Really weird! It’s just blank.

@kit222, 这个插件跟wordpress Paged Comments 是冲突的, 如果你需要可以安装我的 wp paged comments 插件, 就不会冲突了.

@沙风, 目前的版本无法设置这个功能. 对于只需要作者和管理员回复, 我觉得用这个插件实在是过于浪费, 建议还是直接在后台编辑他人的评论比较好, 毕竟这个插件还是要耗费不少的服务器资源的.

This is a great plug in, but I can’t get it to work with Open ID. Any advice? Whenever someone leaves an open ID comment it’s not threaded. Looks like it doesn’t pick up the “comment_parent” value.

@迷茫, 您好, 谢谢您喜欢这款插件, 您的问题主要是由于您主题模板的配置引起的冲突, 您可以将您主题模板中的style.css中的.Form input.SubmitComment更改为:#commentform input.SubmitComment即可, 这样的修改共有两处, 请都修改才可以.

hello, ovizii, i mail you a newest version that fixed this bug.
I think there’s a bug. I’ve installed this twice now. The page has 2 articles on it. The first article had 3 comments made on it so far. If I reply to a comment on the 2nd article, the 1st article then says it has 4 comments, even though there is still 3. Is there a way to fix that?

I recently added your plugin to my site and I’m really happy to have threaded comments back.

枫叶你好，我更新1.4.7.2后发现在前台无法二级以上回复留言，以管理员身份登录回复则网页刷新后没有反应，以非注册用户回复留言则出现找不到所要的网页的出错信息。
在后台可以回复留言。我重新下载一遍，重新安装，还是一样。低版本时未曾出现以上问题。有空的时候是否可以帮忙看一下？
另外勾选Ajax功能后Xhtml strict校验有几个错误（你可以不管我这个变态的完美主义行为，我只是提一下，呵呵），多谢了！：）

您好！很意外看到你在我博客的两条留言。对阁下的认真与细心表示钦佩！
事情是这样的，我当时作第一条评论，顺利成功提交；
当我写完此日志想再来留言，但尝试以下几种方式都无法提交：
1）常规地填写三项（且留言内容不含URL）；
2）不填写网址项；
3）以回复方式来留言；
并没有使用noscript之类，是常规地点击发表按钮，系统都提示说“评论内容疑似垃圾留言，请检查”（英文原句不记得了）。
我以为是对同一IP在时间段内留言次数有限制，所以没有再试了。

@Dickey, 谢谢您的回复, 因为我在博客上启用了一个防垃圾评论的功能, 为防止正常用户评论被挡, 我对被拦截的疑似垃圾评论都有监控. 今天早上我在检查疑似垃圾评论的时候, 发现了您的评论, 所以就来询问一下您当时的状态.
我这里再询问一下, 您当时用的是什么浏览器? 然后您是通过鼠标点击按钮发表的评论吗?
另外我今天已经对此进行了改进, 您可以继续试验一下, 是否可以正常评论, 谢谢!

最近发现发表评论时会不定时出现MySQL server has gone away on line: 541这个错误，从而导致评论发表失败。
google一下好像是mysql超时时间太短了，需要怎么修改这个设置呢？
