可能会在最新版的加入一个新的接收回复email的选项， 因此要在后台加入一个词条， 这个词条我觉得好难表述清楚， 所以特此来请教。
原有的三个项目是这样表述的。
Email notify the parent commenter when his comment was replied
Disabled
Replied by the author of the post or administrator ONLY
Anyone replies
第四个选项应该是由评论者自己选择是否发送mail， 这样用英语怎么表述比较好呢？

the commenter choose to do so.

the commenter himself choose whether to send the e-mail
[Reply]
Reply when the commenter chooses to (do so)
